Questions & answers
Everything asked in confidence, answered in kind.
How the house works, who it serves, and the lengths we go to for your privacy.
Membership
Who is First Class for?
Two kinds of people. Accomplished men — thirty and over, with an established life and the means to match — who are ready for a serious, lasting relationship and prefer discretion to dating apps. And remarkable women who would rather be introduced to vetted men than search for them. We keep the membership deliberately small; every person in the circle has been personally reviewed.
How does membership work for men?
It begins with a confidential application — a few minutes of questions to confirm fit. Our team reviews every application personally and arranges an interview. Once accepted, your concierge finalizes membership with you directly, and the network opens: browse, keep private notes, and select the women you'd like to meet.
What does membership cost?
Membership is arranged personally with your concierge after acceptance — we don't publish pricing, because we don't sell a subscription. You're engaging a private matchmaking house, and the conversation about terms happens the way everything else here does: directly, and in confidence.
Why might an application be declined?
We accept a small number of members each season to protect the quality of every introduction. A decline is rarely permanent — circumstances change, and we're glad to reconsider. Every application is held in confidence either way.
For women
How do women join the network?
Through a short application at firstclass.example/women — a few details to begin, then a private questionnaire that helps your matchmaker genuinely know you. Our team reviews every application personally. There is no cost to women in our circle — ever.
Do women browse profiles?
No — and that's by design. Women in our network are never on public display and never have to search. When a vetted member hopes to meet you, you receive a discreet introduction and answer one question: interested, or not this time. Nothing is arranged without your word.
What will members see about me?
Your profile is visible only to accepted, active members inside the app — never publicly, never to search engines, never to anyone we haven't vetted. Deeply personal answers from your questionnaire stay with your matchmaker alone.
Privacy & discretion
Is my profile public anywhere?
No. First Class has no public profiles. Women are visible only to vetted, active members; men are visible only to the specific women they choose to meet — and even then, only through a deliberately limited introduction card.
What does an introduction actually reveal?
A first name, age, city, occupation, his photographs, a few at-a-glance facts — height, faith, whether he has children — and a short note. No surname, no contact details, no company name, no financial information. Fuller details are exchanged only after both people have said yes, at the pace you choose.
Are the email and text alerts discreet?
Yes. A notification will tell you something is waiting — never who. “A new introduction awaits” is all anyone glancing at your phone would see.
How is my information used, and can I have it deleted?
Your answers exist for one purpose: helping your matchmaker make thoughtful introductions. We don't sell data and we don't share it with advertisers. You may request deletion at any time by writing to concierge@firstclass.example. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Introductions
How does an introduction happen?
When a member selects a woman he hopes to meet, the selection goes privately to his matchmaker, and she receives his introduction card. If she's interested, both parties hear the good news and choose what happens next: a private conversation inside the app — no phone numbers exchanged — or a first date arranged end-to-end by the matchmaker. You simply arrive.
What is “What you might like about her”?
A short compatibility note drawn strictly from what each of you told us — shared intentions, interests, love languages, the age range you each asked for. Nothing is guessed and nothing is invented; if there's no genuine common ground, we don't manufacture any.
Does the matchmaker suggest people too?
Yes. Your matchmaker hand-picks profiles she believes deserve your attention — they appear on your dashboard, marked as her picks, often with a personal note about why.
What happens if she isn't interested?
Nothing awkward. Declines are handled quietly — no notification fanfare, no embarrassment — and your matchmaker simply continues the search with what she's learned. In a house this considered, a “not this time” is information, not rejection.
