Safety at First Class

Before a member is introduced, we confirm their identity and screen their background through our verification provider, Persona. This includes a government photo ID, a selfie to confirm the ID belongs to them, and a check against public watchlists and sex-offender records.

Background and identity screening rely on records that may be incomplete, out of date, or unavailable, and they cannot predict behavior. Our verification is nota guarantee of any member's identity, character, criminal history, or safety, and it is not a substitute for your own caution. First Class does not conduct fingerprint-based criminal checks and cannot confirm every fact a member provides. You are responsible for your own interactions and decisions.

• Meet in a public place the first few times, and get there and home on your own.
• Tell a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting.
• Keep your phone charged, and stay in a place you can leave freely.
• Don't share your home address, financial details, or sensitive personal information early on.
• Never send money, gifts, or investments to someone you've met through the service — and tell us if anyone asks.
• Trust your instincts. If something feels off, end the date and let us know.

First Classis for real relationships. Offering or soliciting money, gifts, or anything of value in exchange for companionship — and any prostitution, escorting, fraud, or other illegal activity — is strictly prohibited and enforced with zero tolerance. If a member asks you for money or an “arrangement,” or proposes anything unlawful, do not engage — report it. We may remove members and cooperate with law enforcement. See our Terms of Service.

If a member makes you uncomfortable, behaves inappropriately, solicits you, or you believe someone has misrepresented themselves, please use the “Report a concern” option in your conversation, tell your matchmaker, or write to us at concierge@firstclass.example. Reports are confidential — the other person is never told who reported them. We take every report seriously and may warn, suspend, or remove members to protect the community.

Your safety comes first. If you are in immediate danger or a crime has occurred, contact your local emergency services and law enforcement right away. When you're safe, if it's possible to do so, preserve anything that might help (messages, names, times, places), and report it to us so we can act on our end. We will cooperate with law enforcement and, where appropriate, preserve relevant records.
